The Virtual Experience Company assisted the Shakespeare Birthplace
Trust in writing an application to the HLF in order to provide a
state-of-the art virtual reality model of this iconic building.
The model was specifically designed to enable disabled visitors
to explore the Cottage, which was otherwise inaccessible.
Because of the nature of the building it will never be possible to
provide physical access in the form of lifts or ramps without
destroying the fabric of the building.
